How long does it take to make a custom stamp?একটি কাস্টম সিল তৈরি করতে কত সময় লাগে?
Most flash and self-ink stamps are ready the same day if the design is simple and you order before 4:00 PM. Detailed logo work or large orders usually take one to two working days.
সাধারণ ডিজাইনের ফ্লাশ ও সেলফ ইংক সিল একই দিনে তৈরি হয়ে যায়, যদি বিকাল ৪টার আগে অর্ডার করেন। জটিল লোগো বা বড় অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত এক থেকে দুই কর্মদিবস লাগে।
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?ঢাকার বাইরে কি ডেলিভারি করেন?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through our courier partner. Inside Dhaka delivery usually takes one to two days; outside Dhaka takes two to four days depending on the district.

Yes, cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. For custom-made items such as stamps and nikahnama frames we may ask for a small advance, since the product cannot be resold if the order is refused.
হ্যাঁ, সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা আছে। তবে সিল বা নিকাহনামা ফ্রেমের মতো কাস্টম পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অল্প কিছু অগ্রিম নেওয়া হতে পারে, কারণ অর্ডার বাতিল হলে এগুলো অন্য কাউকে বিক্রি করা যায় না।
What is the difference between a flash stamp and a self-ink stamp?ফ্লাশ সিল ও সেলফ ইংক সিলের মধ্যে পার্থক্য কী?
A flash stamp holds the ink inside the die itself, so there is no pad at all — it gives the sharpest, cleanest impression and thousands of uses before it needs re-inking. A self-ink stamp has an ink pad built into the body that re-inks the die on every press, and the pad can be swapped to change colour.

How do I track my order?অর্ডার কীভাবে ট্র্যাক করব?
Use the Track Order page with the phone number you ordered with, or the order ID from your confirmation. It shows the live courier status once the parcel has been handed over.
ট্র্যাক অর্ডার পেজে গিয়ে অর্ডারের সময় দেওয়া মোবাইল নম্বর অথবা কনফার্মেশনে পাওয়া অর্ডার আইডি দিন। পার্সেল কুরিয়ারে দেওয়ার পর থেকে সর্বশেষ অবস্থা দেখতে পাবেন।
Can I return a custom stamp or nikahnama frame?কাস্টম সিল বা নিকাহনামা ফ্রেম কি ফেরত দেওয়া যায়?
Custom-made items carry your name or design, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable for a change of mind. If the item arrives damaged or the text is wrong on our side, we remake it free of charge.
কাস্টম পণ্যে আপনার নাম বা ডিজাইন থাকে, তাই এগুলো অন্য কাউকে বিক্রি করা যায় না এবং পছন্দ না হওয়ার কারণে ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না। তবে পণ্য ভাঙা অবস্থায় পৌঁছালে বা আমাদের ভুলে লেখা ভুল হলে বিনামূল্যে আবার তৈরি করে দেওয়া হয়।
