What we collect
আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
To process an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you provide one, your email address. If you upload artwork, a logo or a photograph for a custom item, we store that file so it can be produced.
If you create an account, we store your login details. Passwords are stored hashed — we cannot read them.
অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য আমরা আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা এবং (দিলে) ইমেইল সংগ্রহ করি। কাস্টম পণ্যের জন্য দেওয়া ছবি বা ডিজাইন ফাইলও সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।
How we use it

Your information is used to confirm the order, produce the item, arrange delivery, and contact you about that order. We may send you a message about the status of an order you placed. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
আপনার তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা, পণ্য তৈরি, ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত যোগাযোগের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
Who we share it with
কার সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়
To deliver your order we pass your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount to collect to our courier partner. They need this to create the consignment and hand the parcel to you; they use it for delivery only.
Files you upload are stored with our media hosting provider. Order records are stored in our database. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it
কত দিন সংরক্ষণ করা হয়
Order records are kept as long as needed for our business and accounting records, so that we can handle warranty claims, remakes and disputes. Design files for custom items are kept so a repeat order can reuse the same artwork; ask us if you would rather they were deleted after production.
অর্ডারের রেকর্ড হিসাব ও পরবর্তী সেবার প্রয়োজনে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। কাস্টম ডিজাইন ফাইল পুনরায় অর্ডারের সুবিধার জন্য রাখা হয় — মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে জানাবেন।
